About Us

Growing Local Spirit with Every Match

Although Pegswood FC was only formed in 2024, it has been part of our community for generations, with proof as some of our parents and committee members used to play at Pegswood when they were younger. Built on passion, teamwork, and a shared love of the game, what started as a local grassroots team has grown into a thriving club that welcomes players of all ages and abilities and we only want to build that for years to come.

We’re proud of our village roots and the spirit that runs through everything we do, from Saturday morning kick abouts to full match days, community events and youth development. Football is at the heart of Pegswood, but for us, it’s about much more than the game. It’s about belonging, supporting one another, and giving everyone the chance to play, grow and be part of something special.

Your Committee

Kevin Tipple

Chairman, Coach

Kevin is our dedicated Under 9’s coach and also takes on the important role of assistant coach during match days. Initially starting out as a supportive parent cheering from the sidelines, he quickly recognised the incredible potential that Pegswood FC has in fostering a strong, close knit community. Motivated by this vision, Kevin was eager to get actively involved and contribute to the club’s continued growth and success.

Since becoming a coach, the natural next step was to join the committee to have an active role not just on the pitch but behind the scenes as well.

Since 2026 she is now the interim Secretary until a full time one is to be co-opted in.

When she isn’t doing that she is our marketing manager, keeping everyone up to date with upcoming events and pushing our club to be bigger and better.
