As Welfare Officer, Scott is responsible for ensuring Pegswood FC remains a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all players, parents, volunteers and coaches. He acts as a point of contact for welfare and safeguarding concerns, helping to ensure that issues are handled appropriately, sensitively and in line with FA safeguarding guidance.
Scott works closely with coaches, committee members and families to promote positive behaviour, clear communication and the wellbeing of everyone involved in the club. His focus is on making sure football at Pegswood FC is not just about development on the pitch, but also about feeling safe, supported and respected off it.
