Natasha joined Pegswood FC shortly after her husband Simon (Treasurer) and quickly became a familiar and trusted presence around the club. Already attending every training session, it was a natural step for her to take on an official role.
As Welfare Officer, Natasha is responsible for ensuring Pegswood FC remains a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all players, parents, volunteers and coaches. She acts as a point of contact for welfare and safeguarding concerns, helping to ensure that issues are handled appropriately, sensitively and in line with FA safeguarding guidance.
Natasha works closely with coaches, committee members and families to promote positive behaviour, clear communication and the wellbeing of everyone involved in the club. Her focus is on making sure football at Pegswood FC is not just about development on the pitch, but also about feeling safe, supported and respected off it.
Alongside her welfare responsibilities, Natasha also supports the club as Marketing Manager, helping to keep the community informed and engaged, but safeguarding and welfare always remain her priority.
